My husband, daughter and I became clients of Vicki's last year. When picking something, no matter what, and using just the information on reviews there is always a small amount of doubt. We will never use anyone else. Vicki is very professional, patient and soft spoken and thorough. She also offered to review our previous years taxes as we were nervous about the tax office we had both used. She reviewed both returns at no charge. I've been having Ros Aguinega do our taxes for probably the last 8 years or so. She moved to Tier One about 3 years ago and we naturally followed her.
She is very professional, detail oriented, pleasant and always has our best interests at heart. Continuing to look for ways to save us more money every year.
The office staff has always been very friendly as well.

Got my taxes done here for the first time. My tax specialist was very professional and the charge was much less than I've paid in the past. Also received a tax rebate for the first time since I can remember. Going back to Tier One Tax next year for sure.

Suzanne Burrill was/is an awesome professional. She has been doing taxes and accounting for years, and it shows. This was the first time my family and I used her for our returns. We are always a little bit complicated, and as a group, a little bit unique to work with, and she did an incredible job for each one of us. She spent about 4 hours getting the 4 of us completed on a SATURDAY! One return was simple; the next was a little more complicated with multiple w2 and educational considerations; the next had more forms, more complications, including disability and outside income; and the final one was worse than all 3 of the previous ones, with contract employment, estate income, health insurance, and self employment.
She was great. She has a very inviting friendly personality, and smiles a lot. I have been telling all my friends about Tier One Tax. AND, it is a beautiful building.

I am very pleased with Tier One Tax! I had Chuck as my tax preparer and he was very professional and also has a "unique" sense of humor. Last week I was dropping off my tax info for Chuck and I was greeted by a couple of people- it was just good customer service. I was also pleasantly surprised when I was told what my fee would be for my tax service.....it was less than I had paid in previous years! Another nice service I was told about was that Tier One Tax has educational workshops throughout the year! Chuck mentioned a few but I believe the next one will be Identity Theft and Fraud presented by the CBI and then a few weeks later a Shred Day! I hope I will be able to attend as I am very interested in this topic and for sure I have some documents to shred. I rarely write reviews-- although I admit I always read them-but I was very impressed with Chuck, the service and the educational workshops that I felt I should write a review!

We are writing on behalf of Ros - we have been her client for many years now, and when you are providing all of your financial information to someone, especially when it comes to something as important as your taxes, you want a person you can not only trust, but also a person that knows the codes and laws.

Jerry Hindman is an exceptional tax professional!! Jerry has been doing our taxes for ten years or more and he is always looking our for out best interests. He is very honest and makes sure you understand what your options are. He is a very hard worker that keeps up to date on all the changes and we don't know what we will do if he ever retires. I have recommended him to our friends and they have been with him over 5 years. I would recommend him to anyone that is need of a tax professional.

We met Garret Jeff the Founding Principal this year when Tier One Tax took their clients out on the George Town Loop Train. We have never taken the train and it was so nice to enjoy some time with all the Tier One Tax Clients.
